Many vegetarians as well as meat eaters like to partake in raw or vegan food occasionally. That's my palate in a nutshell. This vendor was kind enough to give me a few samples of this product. I must say when you consume super foods in the form of a bar the combination of tastes are jarring at first because your system is ingesting organic, raw, soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, non GMO [genetically modified organism]; which is a fancy way of saying no chemicals. Super foods may taste earthy or grassy but give you body a moment to recognize raw - if you've ever had salad, you eaten "raw."
