I've chosen to begin my reviews with supplements. As I walked through the venue I began my journey each day in the supplements area where I received hand fulls of samples. One of them was for Dream Boost sleep aid. When I had a stroke 6 years ago I was sleeping, therefore I had no clue it was happening to me. Ever since then I've experienced terrible bouts of insomnia. Why you ask? Subconsciously I equate sleep with death so I stay awake as long as I can. This does not promote the healthiest of lifestyles and the dark circles are not sexy, we must maintain our sexy at all times :-) therefore I prayed for a solution.
Allow me to happily introduce two:
Dream Boost and
Sleep Squares. During week one after the expo I chewed sleep squares and found that drifting off around 11 pm was easy. This chocolaty treat looks and tastes like chewy chocolate candy, no hint of herbs at all [see below]. I have samples of the original flavor sweetened with natural Stevia. The other flavors are
Orange,
Raspberry and
Mint. During week two I tried the Dream Boost herbs and although these pills are not at all
unpleasant they are definitely herb-y. Going down your throat they do taste like chalky earthy herbs [you swallow them - do not chew them]. The end result was that I actually slept for 6 to 8 hours SCORE! so who cares how they taste. [also see below]

At this point, I have no preference, I'm not a huge chocolate fan and I hate swallowing pills BUT they both work great for me; it's all a matter of your respective tastes. If you are a chocolate lover then Sleep Squares are for you. They are chewy treats, yum! If the thought of taking a chocolaty treat at night before bed time freaks you out then I highly recommend Dream Boost. After swallowing these coated herbs in pill form you'll become drowsy not long after. My vote is for BOTH products fairly because you'll catch many ZZZZ's with either formulation. Both herbs are very affordable; just click on the links above to go to their respective sites to read the details.
